This Public Offer Agreement (hereinafter — the "Agreement") is an official offer of FOP Slobodian Serhii Oleksandrovych (taxpayer identification number: 3454406659), hereinafter referred to as the "Service Provider", addressed to any individual or legal entity, hereinafter referred to as the "User", to conclude this Agreement on the terms set out below.

This Agreement is a public offer in accordance with Articles 633, 641 of the Civil Code of Ukraine. By registering on the website, topping up the balance, or using the Service, the User accepts the terms of this Agreement in full (acceptance of the offer in accordance with Article 642 of the Civil Code of Ukraine).

This Agreement is also an adhesion contract within the meaning of Article 634 of the Civil Code of Ukraine.

Service — the web service PlayerZone (playerzone.com.ua), a digital platform for managing sports data, including storage and processing of tournament results, match data, player statistics, and other sports-related information.

User — an individual who has registered on the Service, or a legal entity represented by an authorized person.

Account — a personal account of the User in the Service, created upon registration.

Balance — the User's prepaid funds in the Service, used to pay for the services provided.

Service Provider — FOP Slobodian Serhii Oleksandrovych (taxpayer identification number: 3454406659), registered address: Dnipro, Ukraine.

The Service Provider undertakes to provide the User with access to the Service for managing sports data, and the User undertakes to pay for the services in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

The Service provides tools for storing, processing, and displaying tournament results, match data, player statistics, league standings, and other sports-related information. The Service Provider is not an organizer of sports events and is not involved in the organization of tournaments or competitions.

To use the Service, the User must create an Account by providing the required information: first name, last name, email address, and gender.

The User is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided during registration and for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.

The User may optionally provide additional information: date of birth, phone number, nationality, residence, social media profiles, and sports-related data.

The User may create managed profiles within their Account for children, family members, or other individuals whose data they are authorized to manage. The User is responsible for the accuracy of information provided in managed profiles and for obtaining necessary consents from the respective individuals (or their legal guardians).

The Service Provider reserves the right to suspend or terminate an Account in case of violation of this Agreement.

Access to the Service is provided on a prepaid basis. The User tops up the Balance through the payment system of the Service. Payment operations (balance top-ups, purchases) are available only to Users who have reached the age of 14. Users aged 14 to 18 may make payments with the consent of their parents or legal guardians in accordance with the Civil Code of Ukraine.

Payment is processed through the internet acquiring service of JSC "Universal Bank" (Monobank), NBU license No. 92 dated 10.10.2011. Supported payment methods: Visa, Mastercard. Payment currency: UAH (Ukrainian hryvnia).

The Service Provider does not store payment card data. All payment information is processed exclusively by the payment provider in compliance with PCI DSS standards. Payment data is transmitted over an encrypted SSL/TLS channel.

The cost of services is determined by the current tariffs published on the Service website. The Service Provider reserves the right to change tariffs with prior notification to Users.

The moment of payment is considered to be the receipt of funds to the Service Provider's account as confirmed by the acquiring bank.

In accordance with Article 12 of the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection", the User has the right to request a refund of topped-up funds within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of the top-up, provided that the User's current Balance is equal to or greater than the top-up amount being refunded.

If the User's Balance is less than the top-up amount (i.e., any portion of the topped-up funds has been spent on services), the top-up is not eligible for a refund.

Partial refunds are not provided. The refund applies only to the full amount of a specific top-up transaction.

The payment provider (JSC "Universal Bank") may deduct a processing commission from the refund amount. The Service Provider is not responsible for any commissions charged by the payment provider.

To request a refund, the User must send a written request to support@playerzone.com.ua indicating the top-up date and amount.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–14 banking days from the date of approval of the refund request.

The Service Provider reserves the right to refuse a refund in cases of violation of this Agreement or fraudulent activity.

The Service Provider has the right to:

• Modify the Service functionality, tariffs, and terms of this Agreement with prior notification to Users.

• Suspend or restrict access to the Service for technical maintenance or in case of violation of this Agreement.

• Send informational and service notifications to the User's email.

The Service Provider is obligated to:

• Provide the User with access to the Service in accordance with this Agreement.

• Ensure the security and confidentiality of the User's personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

• Process refund requests in accordance with Section 6 of this Agreement.

The User has the right to:

• Use the Service in accordance with its intended purpose and the terms of this Agreement.

• Request a refund in accordance with Section 6 of this Agreement.

• Request modification or anonymization of personal data.

The User is obligated to:

• Provide accurate information during registration.

• Comply with the terms of this Agreement.

• Not use the Service for illegal purposes or in ways that may harm the Service or third parties.

• Maintain the confidentiality of account credentials.

The Service Provider is not liable for temporary interruptions in the Service caused by technical issues, force majeure, or actions of third parties.

The Service Provider is not liable for the accuracy of sports data entered by Users or third parties.

The User is solely responsible for the content they upload to the Service and for any consequences arising from the use of the Service.

The Service Provider's total liability under this Agreement shall not exceed the amount of funds on the User's Balance.

All rights to the Service, including its design, code, functionality, and content created by the Service Provider, belong to the Service Provider.

The User retains ownership of the data they upload to the Service. By uploading data, the User grants the Service Provider a non-exclusive license to store, process, and display this data within the Service.

All disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through negotiations. In case of failure to reach an agreement, disputes shall be resolved in court in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.

The applicable jurisdiction for disputes is the courts of the city of Dnipro, Ukraine.

Before filing a claim in court, the User must send a written complaint to support@playerzone.com.ua. The Service Provider undertakes to respond within 30 (thirty) calendar days.

The Service Provider reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time by publishing the updated version on the Service website.

The User will be notified of material changes via email or through the Service interface at least 14 (fourteen) calendar days before the changes take effect.

Continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time. The User may terminate by requesting anonymization of their Account. Upon anonymization, personal data is replaced with anonymous identifiers while preserving non-personal service data (e.g., match results, statistics). The Service Provider may terminate by providing 30 days' written notice.

The parties are released from liability for non-performance of obligations under this Agreement if such non-performance is caused by force majeure circumstances, including but not limited to: natural disasters, hostilities, government actions, internet disruptions, power outages, or cyberattacks.

The party affected by force majeure must notify the other party within 10 (ten) calendar days of the occurrence of such circumstances.
