This Privacy Policy (hereinafter — the "Policy") defines the procedure for collecting, storing, using, and protecting personal data of users of the PlayerZone web service (playerzone.com.ua), hereinafter referred to as the "Service".

The controller of personal data is FOP Slobodian Serhii Oleksandrovych (taxpayer identification number: 3454406659), registered address: Dnipro, Ukraine (hereinafter — the "Controller").

This Policy is developed in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Personal Data" (No. 2297-VI dated 01.06.2010), Article 32 of the Constitution of Ukraine, and the Law of Ukraine "On Information" (No. 2657-XII).

By registering on the Service or using it, the User consents to the collection and processing of personal data in accordance with this Policy.

Data provided by the User:

• First name, last name (required)

• Email address (required)

• Gender (required)

• Date of birth (optional)

• Phone number (optional)

• Nationality (optional)

• International passport name (optional)

• Country and city of residence (optional)

• Avatar/profile photo (optional)

• Languages spoken (optional)

• Social media profiles: Facebook, Telegram, Twitter, Viber, YouTube (optional)

Sports profile data (all optional):

• Skill and ability assessments, play preferences, coaching and training details

Data collected automatically:

• Selected interface language (stored as a cookie)

• Timestamps of registration and account activity

Authentication provider data (when using social sign-in):

• Provider user ID and email (Google, Apple, Twitch)

Personal data is processed for the following purposes:

• Performance of the service agreement — providing access to the Service, managing the User's account and balance

• User identification and authentication

• Processing payments and refunds

• Communication with the User — service notifications, responses to inquiries

• Improvement of the Service — analysis of usage patterns, bug detection

• Compliance with legal obligations under Ukrainian law

In accordance with Article 11 of the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Personal Data", personal data is processed on the following grounds:

• User's consent (provided upon registration)

• Performance of the agreement to which the User is a party (the Terms of Service)

• Compliance with legal obligations of the Controller

• Legitimate interests of the Controller (service improvement and security)

The Controller may share personal data with the following third parties:

• Payment provider — JSC "Universal Bank" (Monobank) for payment processing. The payment provider processes payment card data in accordance with PCI DSS standards.

• Authentication providers — Google, Apple, Twitch (when the User chooses social sign-in)

• Hosting and infrastructure providers — for storing and processing data

The Controller does not sell, rent, or otherwise commercially distribute personal data to third parties.

The Controller may disclose personal data when required by law, court order, or authorized government agency.

In accordance with Article 12 of the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Personal Data", personal data may be transferred to countries that ensure an adequate level of personal data protection.

When using third-party services (hosting, analytics, authentication providers), data may be processed in countries where these providers operate. The Controller takes measures to ensure that such transfers comply with applicable legislation.

Personal data is stored for the duration of the User's account existence and for 3 (three) years after account anonymization, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

Payment transaction data is retained for the period required by Ukrainian tax and financial legislation.

Upon expiration of the retention period, personal data is deleted or anonymized.

In accordance with Article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Personal Data", the User has the following rights:

• Right to know about the collection and processing of personal data

• Right to access personal data held by the Controller

• Right to correction of inaccurate or incomplete data

• Right to anonymization of personal data (personal data is replaced with anonymous identifiers; non-personal service data such as match results and statistics is preserved)

• Right to object to the processing of personal data

• Right to withdraw consent to data processing

To exercise these rights, the User may contact support@playerzone.com.ua. The Controller will respond within 30 (thirty) calendar days.

The Service uses a single cookie to store the User's language settings. This cookie is essential for the proper functioning of the Service and does not collect personal data.

The Service does not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics cookies.

The Controller implements technical and organizational measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access, loss, destruction, or alteration, including:

• Encrypted data transmission (SSL/TLS)

• Secure authentication mechanisms (including multi-factor options)

• Regular backups

• Access control and role-based permissions

The Controller reserves the right to amend this Policy at any time by publishing the updated version on the Service website.

The User will be notified of material changes via email or through the Service interface.

Continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the amended Policy.
